Custom work on the same base
The same installation can do more. A workflow connects your systems, reads documents and takes over routine work. The AI only does the reading and writing; fixed rules and people keep the decisions.
We only build custom work when the numbers add up. First we work out what the process costs you now, then what it costs to build and manage.

Managing your installation
You don't maintain anything yourself. We keep the installation up to date, also when your process, your ERP or the rules change. The installation and the workflows stay yours.

Which AI model?
For accounts payable we use Claude by default, with a privacy filter that removes personal data before the AI sees anything. For accounts receivable it is Azure OpenAI in your own Azure account, in an EU region. If accounts payable has to stay in the EU too, we choose a model in an EU region there as well. The model is interchangeable, your workflows stay the same.
