Three steps. Then it runs at your company.
No project that drags on for months. We first work out whether automation pays off for you. Then we install it at your company, and after that we keep managing it.
Get acquainted
A 20-minute call about how the work runs today, starting with your invoices.
What happens
- We go through your volumes, your ERP and your mailbox
- We use your own numbers to work out what the process costs now
- We look at where the exceptions are, because that's where the work is
What you get
- An estimate of the lead time for your situation
- If it doesn't fit, we tell you
Install
We install the workflow in the environment you choose and connect it to your systems.
Where it runs
You choose where the installation lives.
If you have a server in your office or in a data center, we install it there.
Azure, AWS or another cloud where you already have an account. We install it in that account.
Then we arrange all of it: the server, the installation and the setup. The server is in your name, with a hosting provider in the EU. You don't have to do anything technical.
What happens
- Connection to your ERP and mailbox (in the demo: Exact Online and Outlook)
- Your rules built in: tolerances, who approves, reminder tone
- Testing with your own invoices from recent months
- A period alongside your current way of working, until the results match
What you get
- A working workflow in your own environment
- A description of every rule, in plain language
- A short walkthrough for the people who approve or send
Manage
After go-live we stay responsible for maintenance. You use it, we keep it working.
What happens
- Updates to the software and the workflows
- If something gets stuck, we and you get a notification
- Changes when your rules, ERP or regulations change
What you get
- One fixed point of contact
- A regular overview: what ran, what dropped out, what can improve
What stays yours
The installation runs on your server or in your cloud account. The database and the audit log stay with you. The workflows can be exported as a JSON file, the database as a standard SQL export.
If you stop working with us, you keep everything and another party can take it over. That's the difference with a subscription to software that runs at a vendor.
What we don't promise
What we don't promise. No savings percentage up front and no uptime guarantee we can't back up. We work with your numbers, and during the test period you see for yourself what it delivers.
